Titanium Roofing

Hired this contractor to do repairs on the roof of our family home and was sorely disappointed with the service and quality of work. Not only were they inconsistent at even showing up to do work, they never spent more than a couple of hours at a time working, never put in a full days labour and never fully completed the job they were hired for. Despite a deposit being paid the owner of the company attempted to 'borrow' our personal credit cards in order to purchase the required materials for the job because he could not afford to buy them and pay his employees - employees also complained to us that he owed them money. After paying our invoice in full mid way through the job the owner Bob then attempted to squeeze an additional $2500 for extra work" to be completed that was initially included in the original scope of work... the following day that amount was suddenly changed to $1500 under the guise of a discount when it was made clear we were not paying any additional fees for the work we were quoted for. Despite being paid the full amount we were invoiced for

I was lucky to meet Bob, since there's many companies out there but him and his crew do quality work and use quality product. It took them longer than expected, but they did a great job and i can be sure that my roof will be protected for at least 30 years. Don't hesitate to contact Titanium Roofing.

I hired Bob on a short notice to do repair on my roof. He promised and came the same day after finishing a big job in downtown to repair the roof in a professional manner. I found him and his partner very polite and dependable. I would recommend him to anyone requiring new roof or repair.

Excellent customer service. Bob replied right away while other roofing companies ignored our emails/voicemails for a landing leak, and shingle replacements.Great personality. He and his teammate(Jamie?) did a great job, worked hard, especially since he had a team member out that day. And when a new problem was found underneath the layers, he gave us a quick resolution without breaking the bank.Bob took the time to explain everything that was going on and going to happen. Great quality shingles, metal work and lining was used. We know exactly who to book when we need the entire roof done in the next couple years!
