Long n Mcquade music instrumental rental shop is a one stop shop for everything musical and production. Apart from the huge collection of musical instruments, they also have massive collection of recording devices like cameras, microphones, noise cancellations devices, speakers , drum sets and what not.A feature or an additional service that they provide for their customers is loans. You can do instalments to buy expensive stuff. Also you can book rentals which can be renewed just with a call or by going on their website.The customer service is great. Just ask what you are looking for and a designated person will assist you each step. My go to place for any musical instrument either to purchase or to rent.

I have dealt with Long and McQuade for 25+ years and have found them to be the best music store ever. The costumer service has always been top notch. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A store that stands behind their products and will correct any problem that comes up. In my experience, customers come first at Long & McQuade.

terrible, walked in and no one said anything to me, i wanted to buy pricey monitor speakers and i was looking at them for about 30 mins, waiting for someone to come help me to grab them from the back. they were just talking amongst themselves and ignoring me completely, same as management (who I think were management). left and bought online from L&M, never going to the surrey location again.

Hi I have been shopping at Long & MacQuad for over 20 yrs and never had an issue. The best service employees products repairs rentals and customer services.I will highly recommend this music store and yes I shop 4 location no problem.I give them 5 star.

Long & McQuade Musical Instruments
I was here yesterday. I've always known that Long & McQuade has a wide selection of guitars and audio equipment, but what really stands out for me is how helpful some of the staff are. I was lucky to meet Shane Gore. Shane helped me select the equipment I'd need to create my own podcast. But he didn't stop there. He actually took the time to unpack the equipment and test it with me right there in the store. I'm still new to all this so I need the help. I appreciate him taking the time to test it with me. Never once did he try to push the sale on me. He went the extra 10 miles in service!

I am sure the Google map users won't need to go through most of the L&M store reviews to see if they have good ratings as most of the locations provide a great customer experience. They have a seamless return policy. Rentals are a massive advantage for musicians like me who couldn't afford to buy new ones. Out of the stores I visited(I have been to stores in Sydney(NS), Moncton(NB), Markham(ON), Burnaby(BC), and Surrey(BC)), I got more vibe with the Surrey location, and Sydney location.PS: A small request to bring zero percent finance option for non-Canadian made products also.

Have a finicky Jazzmaster that Ive been having issues with. my go to setup shop is very far so I thought let's give the big shop a try. called ahead them to let them know its a finicky jazzmaster, to my horror my guitar is almost the same. But otherwise its a great store with knowledgable staff, just be wary, harder to find good guitar techs nowadays.
