I've lived in Singapore and can tell you this is the most authentic Singaporean food I have tasted outside the island's best hawker centres. The satay (skewers), laksa (soup), and kueh kueh (dessert) are absolutely SHIOK (perfect tasting)!

The food here tasted watered down. It needed more spice and more funk. The laksa was especially bland. I think it’s a good place to bring someone unfamiliar with SEA food but not SEA food lovers.

Great food. Reminds me of Singapore hawkers but it can get crowded. I suggest going in around 10am to avoid the crowds. Get the satay, and pair it with Laksa soup or papaya salad for the vegetarians out there.If you can’t avoid the crowds, take it to go. Nearby is the canal. You can eat it there with the view.

Laksa was pretty good. Could have been a bit more salty and the amount of noodles in the bowl was less than expected for the price.Satay was hot and tasty. The peanut sauce was on point.Green papaya salad was good as well.

The food was AWESOME! Papaya salad was killer and the satay skewers were 10/10.However, the ambiance was just terrible. The music was way too loud and vulgar in the extreme. We loved the food, but couldn't enjoy the experience. Very not family friendly.

Great flavors, staff is very friendly. Had a couple of beers and 3 dishes to share that would come back for them anytime. Meat Satay, Satay sandwich and Steamed Buns, wich are out of this world, filled with perfectly braised and crispy pork belly. Relaxed ambiance at the corner of the Atwater Market.

Satay Brothers never disappoints!It's been a few years since I last visited, and quality remained the same!I had takeout so picture isn't representative of the quality. The gado gado salad with braised was simply amazing and so filling, so much more than I expected! I was full just after the salad.But I had to go e their sandwich of the week a try, a grilled pork with pickled veggies sandwich, very simply yet extremely delicious!Owner was super nice and friendly, highly recommend this place!

You know the saying: When in Rome…well when in Marche Atwater, you eat at this spot. Period. Always great vibes. These bros & their mom have been satisfying my south east food fixes for years. Steam pork buns were introduced here, at least for me. Alway fresh, always delicious. Great job.

Shrimp Laksa ($15.5) was great. A lot of bean sprouts but overall very enjoyable. The price of most of the items is expensive, but the food is high demand. The surrounding area is also beautiful, great place to grab a bite.
