** Updated Sept 28 2017**Installation was today, the two workers showed up on time, we went to work, we got a call just before lunch saying they were done. When we got home, the removal of the old carpet, installation of the new carpet was done. So fast so professional and an amazing job.We arrived, and we're immediately created. The staff were courteous and attentive, they listened to our requirements, and suggested some great products. We had our rough measurements, so they gave us a quote and setup a date to social measurements, the next week we'd signed the final quote and are having it installed on our schedule. Should have done this years ago.

We're so happy we went with Eagleson Flooring. Mark Hamelin was really great - communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and RELIABLE. Out of all the contractors and tradespeople we used in our build, he was by far the best. He also came through for us when our previous flooring company left us in the lurch. Pricing was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. We very much recommend this company and would work with them again without hesitation.

We are very pleased with our new flooring! We ordered both carpet for warmth and luxury vinyl for the high traffic areas. Sean Burke was our project coordinator; he did a wonderful job of scheduling the measuring, the arrival of the necessary materials and the two installs down to the last detail. Our installers, Stefan and Martin for the carpet, and Alex C, Alex D and Pat for the vinyl, were all excellent. In our view, Eagleson Flooring definitely deserves their Better Business Bureau A+ rating. We would be happy to work with them again. Thank you, Eagleson Flooring!

Great service! We were looking for carpet for our stairs. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and talked through what we needed, resulting in us finding a great looking carpet. The installer was courteous and did a fantastic job. They look great! Would recommend.

Very satisfied with products and service. We had about 90% of our flooring surfaces replaced so it was a big job. Peter-Lee was extremely responsive and proactive on all aspects of the job from original quote, through to completion. Patrick (demo) was very friendly and great to work with. No mess left behind. Dan, the installer, was very particular in making sure that the surfaces were well prepared before installing the floors. He is very knowledgeable and worked out the best solutions for the problem areas. Jess was very organized and responsive to any inquiries. A good team to work with! We would not hesitate to recommend Eagleson Flooring.

I reached out to a number of carpet places in Ottawa a day ago and Eagleson flooring responded almost immediately to my online request. Still haven't heard back from anyone else. Sean and Yves were awesome! Show room appointment today with Sean to pick carpet. Yves came over immediately after to measure... everything done and install arranged in less than 24 hours from when I reached out. Eagleson Flooring all the way!

Almost 2 years ago Eagleson flooring replaced my kitchen/hallway floor which was past warranty as mannington would not honour the unexplained flaws in my floor. Last year there was a minor flaw in the floor which they immediately repaired. Today, there was another issue which had absolutely nothing to do with either the product nor the workmanship and they again came immediately to fix. Very pleased and impressed!

We loved our experience with Eagleson Flooring right from the beginning. Sherri helped us pick out the perfect flooring option and Mark checked in regularly to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The floor installation by Conrad went great, we were so happy with the results. We will definitely use Eagleson Flooring again for our next flooring project.

Love my cork floors and the entire experience was wonderful. The sales staff and estimator were very knowledgeable and friendly. A great big thanks to Eric who did the install and his work is meticulous. I would definitely recommend this place.
