Fido

Bonjour à tous! j'ai eu un très bon service de la part de Victor de la boutique Wow au Carrefour du Nord àSaint Jérôme !! il a été très patient et très sympathique , il m'a très bien expliqué le nouveau cellulaire de Fido , le contrat etc ... j'ai simplement a dire un gros merci je suis très heureuse de mon nouveau cellulaire .

If I could put 0 stars I would .....I've been with fido over 20 years and the guys Antoni at st-jerome fido store was the rudest employee I've ever seen .Rolls his eyes when I ask him questions laughing with the other employee and ignoring us ...Not only I went there to get a new phone but he told me I can't do nothing for you call the store and ask them to help you.I told him I spoke to them and said to come in store to fix my problem and then he got annoyed and told me if I am not happy to leave and go to another provider wow thats how you talk to clients anyway i have 4 lines with fido and will be removing all my services. A very disappointed client.

Excellent service de la part de Mathieu Lemaire. Il a aidé mon oncle qui avait de la difficulté à configurer son nouvel appareil. Il a été patient et professionnel afin qu’il parte avec son appareil entièrement configuré et confiant pour l’utiliser. Merci Mathieu !

J'ai eu du mal a me connecter chez vous ont disait que m'a date de naissance ne correspondent pas avec l'a mienne et après j'ai appelé Virgin Mobile après 15 minutes je vais recevoir ma carte SIM par la poste eux n'était pas compliqué comme vous dommage

Hmm. Price are alright, I prefer virgin
