She is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire time I was meeting with her, along with speaking with her via phone. And the rates are unreal too! I've been a client for 20+ years. The people there are very friendly. Kathryn is in business to sell, however she always looks out for her clients needs present and future.When I totaled my van, the staff in office were amazing, and corporate in Canada worked with agents and corporate in the USA! It was like a miracle, not nearly as much paperwork as I feared, and more concern for my welfare than expected! I felt like the individuals and the corporation actually cared!The diligence and attentive customer service often feels less like a financial arrangement, and more like an interaction with extended family.
