Do not take out a loan from fairstone. Stay far away from this place as this company is more of a scam than a personal loan company. All of their employees are highly unprofessional. I took out a loan and with out my consent a 2k insurance package was added on to my loan which increased my monthly payments to 400 dollars. Within a few weeks I had accumulated 1k in interest. The employees are dishonest and do not inform you that your pay off amount changes everyday including the 4 processing days the company takes to accept your full payoff amount. I did not have one positive interaction with any of their agents and had to go in person to avoid there quickly accumulating interest which is set at a minimum of 29%!!!! Please find somewhere else to get your loan cause fairstone is designed to trap you and eventually end up paying more than double the amount you had borrowed.

Never again! DO NOT TRUST! Rajveer was very misleading about the contract. And gave my cell number to scammers and advertisers since the day after signing. Every time I ask to speak to a manager to rectify the situation, the manager is always on vacation. They only care to your face till they get your signature, after that your fare game for telamarketers.

Never Use this place. Unprofessional is an understatement. No one knows how any products work. They tell you they will call you back and no calls. They will purposely tell you your payment dates are wrong to get you even deeper in payments and interest. As per the employees today, you can never repay your loan in full even if you your make monthly payments with interest, additional payments will still be charged 20% interest. I'm still waiting for a manager to get back to me it's been over a week. They sell you on the fact that it's an open ended load and that's false advertising. The FSRA will be contacted.

They are the SCAMMERS!! The employee told me insurance on the loan is mandatory whereas contract says it’s optional. Even after asking few times to delete it he refused and said I won’t be able to get it approved for you without the insurance. He did mention that he will cancel the insurance from month 2 but that never happened. Even after paying for over an year i owed them more money than i borrowed. Upon asking how this is even possible there another employee who was super rude and disrespectful gave me the breakdown of it which stated that they were only putting 45$ towards the loan out of the 230$ that I was paying monthly. I called several times but they did not helped me at all in any way. When I was ready to pay off they misguided me on the methods of payment for the pay off. Finally, I went in the branch and paid it off.Extremely rude and unprofessional staff!!!As there customer, I would suggest everyone to stay as away as possible from this company.

*Saloni* i had a finace with this company. And lady who was helping me named saloni, she is the worst person i met in my eniltire life. She call every single day and bother you without any reason and super aggressive and annoying. Better not to go on this location. Prefer other locations they are really helpful except of this. They don’t let you speak to someone senior in their office as they need some more training on customer service. There service can be easily judge with the reviews and rating. I made a same mistake don’t go on this location they are worst.

Talk about disrespectful. I regret signing up with them. This company will become bullies and makes threats when you are down and anyhow you lose your jobs they will cheap shot anyone regardless. I do my part to try and pay back anyone especially Fairstone but without work and people try to get back work to get back on track they still come with an attitude. For anyhow you people get work, and pays back Fairstone what is owed, disconnect them once and for all. They are truly unprofessional.

The staff here is unprofessional and the branch manager is immature, rude and unprofessional. During client hours, he goes outside to get Tim hortons and asks the client to wait until he comfortably sits on his chair and drink his coffee. He shouts at clients and doesn’t understand that he is sitting at branch for client service. Staff is rude too. They think that clients are stupid who take loan and that’s why all the Indian staff members shows disrespect towards clients especially if they any Indian client.Moreover, they made me pay back $4700 for a $3000 loan in one year. They forcibly attach some random insurances and make you fool and ask you to pay off the insurance too. This financial institution is a scam, staff is ruthless and uneducated. Please don’t take loan from them. They loot people and then shout at them.

Critical: Fraud/UnprofessionalI had a loan with this company. Paid off in September. Been calling the manager Mikael (who is rude and rarely if ever returns calls) ever since. It is 5 months later and my dispute over $200 payout discrepancy is now sitting in default at over $1600!!! They do not reply, he was supposed to escalate this and get the $200 removed. Now they have charged $1400 interest. This is scam. A fraud. Apparently he is now in the hospital?? How is what this company does legal?? No manager, no recourse, no one to speak with. I am waiting months and months for a resolution. Does anyone even own this business? Do they not care how rude their employees are and how many complaints there are?
