Health conditions have triggered my interest in a professional environmental assessment and I choose to contract Mold Busters company. They were extremely professional, fast to respond and absolutely reasonable with cost. All the work that they conducted, from sending inspector to my property to actual clean up of contaminates part, - was perfectly done. Their team did a great job and honestly - they really exceeded my expectations. An additional great point was an amazing arrangements with all the paperwork to be done electronically in a very fast and modern manner. Their customer service was fast, professional, accommodating! The follow up process - is well arranged and you get an additional visit from the inspector after the physical part of the job is completed, as well 6 months later. Very much liked that part. I didn't have a very good experience with moldbusters. It wasn't terrible, the beginning was great! They agreed on a price and stuck with it even after trying to save up enough to fix the mold issue. They cleaned it very well. My only problem is they gave advice on how to fix the issue, which in my opinion they should be knowledgeable about. They said to fix the insulation around the hatch and put better" ventilation in the attic with bigger gable end vents. Well they came back 6 months later and refused to warranty the work. Although we didnt put better vents on BC we talked with many contractors
