I was pitched upgrading to 1gb/s, I upgraded to 1gb/s I still only get 500-600 mb/s. Techs came out twice and we're unable to provide anywhere near 1gb/s. Cancelled my service and now they're charging me a cancellation fee. I'll file a complaint with CCTS and BBB. Failing to deliver what I payed for should warrant them being fined.
