Alistair is an excellent therapist, and a thoughtful professional. You won't get the impression he's trying to shoe-horn you into a pre-conceived (three-letter acronym) model, or that he's mechanically following a script or manualized approach. Instead, he's committed to the (old fashioned?) idea that you have to really listen to you clients in order to understand them uniquely and deeply. I strongly recommend Alistair Gordon. Life is too short to waste time. Choose someone who excels, who will work hard to help you. Someone who will care about your individual progress.

Alistair is an excellent counsellor and coach. He is compassionate, insightful, knowledgeable and supportive. He made me feel very comfortable to open up from the very first session, he listens really well and asks thoughtful questions. He offers great observations and insight that give me new perspectives and awareness. After each session, I always feel I have gained new insight and valuable advice/knowledge. Alistair is a great counselor and I am glad, I got to work with him. Connecting felt totally easy, right from the start. He thought me techniques to cope with stress and the apprehensions that I was experiencing, showed me ways to focus and relax, and helped me see things in a new perspective.It was extraordinary to see how his empathy would help me to find what I wanted to say and even bridge the language barrier. Alistair is a great professional.
