Excel Dental: Dr. R Pan DDS

I’ve been coming here for years. Their staff is friendly. Dr Pan is very nice and accommodating. I have moved from Hamilton but make a point of coming here for my follow ups because I like their office that much.

I went to Excel Dental to have an orthodontal treatment using ALF (Advanced Lightwire Functional) technology in addition to cleaning my teeth regularly. It was an amazing experience; Dr. Pan and the staff members were so nice and they provided great service! The ALF technology not only adjusted my teeth, but also fixed other problems such as neck soreness and the cracking sounds when I moved my neck. Unlike other technologies, ALF did not require any teeth to be removed. It did not hurt that much either; there were only a little soreness in my teeth during the first few days before I was eating like normal. Additionally, my teeth was easy to clean while wearing ALF. The appliance did not affect my appearance since I was wearing it behind my teeth. During my treatment, Dr. Pan also taught me breathing technique and tongue exercises to better my oral function. Overall, I am grateful to Dr. Pan for providing this modern technology! She was my best dentist!

Dr. Pan is kind, knowledgeable and professional. She explains everything clearly to ensure you understand. A rare disorder causes me to be impacted negatively by xrays, medications, chemicals and vibration. Dr. Pan took the time to listen and work with me to create a plan to manage my dental care in a way that's safest for me. This has reduced the stress and anxiety associated with dental procedures.

Helene was amazing! Very personable and professional! A pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by her expert hands, and her positivity!!! Dr. Pan is also an excellent dentist! Always does fantastic work! Zero complaints from me. Like that they are proactive, and look after my dental health.

Dr. Pan is very gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. She explains things clearly and I never feel rushed. Also the staff is very friendly and appointments are on time. It doesn't get much better than that.

My implant was failed about 12 years ago from other dentist, unfortunately. Then I was referred to a specialist for a gum repair and bone graft, and unluckily, the surgery wasn't successful!! I finally went to see Dr. Pan in 2022, and Dr. RongRong Pan fixed all the issues with my teeth, bone graft and implant were very successful, and now I have very healthy teeth! I very much appreciate Dr. RongRong Pan, she is excellent, and her staff is so nice and friendly!!

Dr. Pan is a nice and skillful dentist in providing sensational dental services to patients. All of my family members are taken care by her team and we are pleased to be patients of Dr. Pan's Dental Office. In addition, her staff are also friendly and professional. My father has a severe periodontal disease and needs bone grafting/surgery to improve his dental conditions. After Dr. Pan performed such a surgery, my father felt much better and his dental conditions were greatly improved. My daughter also went through a novel method of orthodontal treatment called ALF. This method does not need to do teeth extraction, it is easy to clean teeth and no pain when eating. This method is much easy for my daughter to keep teeth clean to prevent cavity and gum disease.
