Dan from danco trucking and bobcat did an exceptional job in helping us get the driveway we can feel proud of. We have always had problems with grass growing up through the stones. Dan was able to dig down enough to remove the grass and place a beautiful layer of recycled ashfault on the driveway. Dan was knowledgeable and professional and always had a smile on his face. He had our driveway completed in a very timely manner , and even removed an old sidewalk block that we no longer needed ( including the wasp nest underneath it) . I would highly recommend Dan at Danco trucking and bobcat , for all your excavation needs .

DanCo was a good choice for our 2-3-day excavation job -- we were replacing our front lawn with mulch, and the excavation needed to be deep enough to accommodate 4-5 inches of mulch that was being delivered by a different vendor, making timing critically important.To be completely candid, DanCo was not the least expensive option, but Dan was very professional, and willing to adjust his days to 'fit us in', so that got him the job.Like all contractors in this COVID world, the good ones are very busy, and DanCo is no exception. Dan went ‘above and beyond’ to make us happy customers, and I highly recommend Dan and DanCo.

Dan was a pleasure to work with, and he went above and beyond what was expected for the amount of work and the value, but I wanted to post an honest review, but he still warrants 5-stars.The quotation:He came to our house after-hours to quote the job. He gave great insight and things that I never thought about that would be great additions. You could clearly tell that he was passionate, and he knew what he was talking about.The quote I got was on the higher side of what he said verbally, but given the amount of work that needed to be done. It made sense on why and we moved ahead. The detail of the quote was a bit confusing and when he said, I'll get you sod at x" pricing... what he really meant was... You buy the sod at that pricing from this company.Timeframe: We were told that it would be completed by a certain time

He called me back within a few hours and with pictures of what I wanted done he gave me a quote and within 48 hrs it was all done.
