Martin auto group sales staff were exceptional especially Michelle Cann who followed through with me and we bought a new 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 love it also thank you to the rest of the salesman who made the experience very informative and pleasant ( sorry cant remember all the names Wayne ect)

Communication from this company is atrocious. Buy a car there and after they have your money good luck ever getting any resolve on an issue you have. Would never buy a car from this company again. I thought building relationships with customers was the backbone of any company but guess with this company, customers don't mean anything after they have your money.

The service department here is top notch!! Always friendly greetings on the phone & in person. Several staff members available to get your vehicle issues handled in a timely manner. I appreciate the full confirmation of the repair details prior & post job. Nice clean reception area. Snack & drinks available, oh and free apples everytime I've been here. Excellent place to do business.

We had problems with our car while travelling and stopped at Merlin. They fit us into their busy schedule and had us back on the road after a couple of hours. A larger repair and delays averted. Prompt, friendly and competent.

Dealership is nice above and beyond friendly staff !!!However service department was slow getting my work vehicle in .... and the problem was not resolved on the first visit this has happened 3 times with separate issues each time.
