This place is no longer a vacation rentals it has been sold and bought by a nice family from Vancouver I know this because I was hired to do some painting for the new owners

Thank goodness for sites like VRBO and Airbnb. The people who run this organization are not helpful in anyway. They do not reply to emails and rely on text messages to conduct their business. They are unhelpful in finding properties and put in no effort to help their customers. Avoid!
