Seems like I'm not the only one with a similar experience.....one of my garage doors was opening/closing on it's own, they recommended I replace the logic board ($180) and proceeded to say all our garage door springs were bad quality and installed poorly (by another company) so we took their advice and replace them (3 x $180). The logic board was replaced but continued to have the same issue so called and let them know. No follow up whatsoever and every time I called they just kept stalling, owner Susan was not able to give me a straight answer. I was willing to pay on top of what I already spent to fix the problem but she did not let me explain, talked over me, called me unstable and hung up and BLOCKED MY NUMBER!! It has been 3 months and still nothing. Honestly, I'm applauded at the way they conduct their business and how the owner treats their customers. Ended up disconnecting the control panel myself which solved the problem and bought a replacement online ($50). Not sure why they didn't suggest this cheaper solution in the first place. TOTAL FAILURE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

I do NOT recommend this company. Have used them on two occasions (home and office). First they tell you it is one problem and their price. Then when they fix the first problem, another problem magically appears and you have to pay more to fix that too. Happened both times I used the company (I gave them a second chance). Also asked them about fixing another door and they said that it needed replacement. Got a second opinion and had it repaired easily. Will never use this company again and highly recommend you look elsewhere for help!!

I had my garage replaced the same day that I called. They offer the wifi garage openers and set your car garage opener if you need help too. I would say I am satisfied with the service.

It was finally time to replace our garage doors after 20+ years!Thanks to Joe, we were able to get a fair price, smooth transaction, and easy arrangement to have our new GARAGA garage doors installed in just under 1 week with our selected colour, design & door preference.Everything looked the same as disclosed, and just the way we imagined it to be. It was installed in a timely manner. We had a minor issue with the rubber seal, but Joe came back very quickly as scheduled to have it fixed. My only little complaint was that we found fresh screws all over the driveway after the installation, but it only a took a few seconds to clear it all off.After the new garage door installation, I must say it almost looks like a new house! So refreshing, thank you Joe for all your help!To be honest, I was afraid to go with this company in the beginning because of all the negative reviews I saw online, but I’m glad my family and I decided to go with Confidence Door.Overall a great experience, would highly recommend to family & friends!

Had 3 garage doors installed on commercial property. Shortly after the install, the door kept having an issue. Joe and his business partner insisted we were at fault. After giving them several chances to fix the problem, we ended in a pretty big arguement.When it happened again, we called the manufacturer of the of the garage door opener and they insisted to send out a technician at no charge to look at the problem . Turns out it was faulty motherboards that were installed in the units.Suffice to stay, I would never recommend these guys and for the amount of money we spent, we really hoped to get alot better service. TOTAL FAILURE. Stay away.

I am not recommend this company for the garage door service.Even after receiving the spring replacement service, it is very unpleasant.They are not professional, very rude and have no service mind set.Twice I had to watch the replaced spring being deliberately thrown to the floor. I can't understand why the worker who came with him(co-worker) reached out to try to help and take broken pieces but deliberately worker pushed his hand and threw a heavy piece of metal on the floor. it got blemished.Even after spring replacement, worker did not ask for permission to stick the company business card on the wall, and they put 4 fixing nails on the wall for the purpose of fixing the company business card and went away.

I had garage doors replaced by this company. Within week one of the doors periodically stop opening or closing. Called them several times to check and they couldn't figure out what's wrong and pointed the fingers to us that we were causing them trouble to come and go. The owner Susan was so rude on the phone and refused to take the responsibility of fixing them. So disappointed that I had referred some neighbours to them. I finally figured myself that the laser sensor was misaligned and caused the door braked securely. They did very unprofessional job and bad customer service.Edit after owner replied: See, it was our fault even the garage doors were installed just weeks ago. No warranty, no customer service. They would even charge you for after sale. You didn't suggest anything on the phone. You just blamed us causing you come and forth and troubles.

HiMy garage doors spring broke down and I looking for someone to repair that. I found them by referral from my friend. So I call them and get the best service possible:Fast : book for a day after and less than 1 hours for all spring cable and rolling replacementFair cost : they did all things %50 of estimate that I had .Friendly: they explained and offered all necessary that need.Very satisfyingThanks a lot

Disappointed with this company for my parent's garage. Within six months, the garage cables came off again. Spent about $400 on the repair.Called a different company and they were immediately able to see that they did a sloppy job and they were able to correct what they did. We have no confidence at all.
