At 8 10pm i had come to this store for service and the gsa was rude and was focused on his phone rather than dealing the customer

Ok so it's 11:15 pm on my way home from work have to grab a pack of cigarettes, go to Pioneer (where I always go) attempt to enter the store and the doors LOCKED apparently in the corner by the air pump (Where it's really dark and kind of scary) they put in a little tiny window for service with an intercom. I got back in the car and went down the street to Petro Can . I won't ever go to that station again. I was not comfortable being there. Especially in that neighborhood. Anyone could've been hiding around that corner! Nope it's not for me! A Shame I've been going there for years.

The owner tried forcing me to wear a mask and I refused as so is my right to do so. However he later than belittled me and made me feel as if I was less of a human than I am. It seemed to me as if he doesn't like white people because, I have seen many others go without a mask. To me it just wasn't right. Why call people something they are not and get uncalled for I mean, I get it I egged him on by arguing but legally the health board cannot go against our human right not to wear a mask. I never signed a contract legally binding me to do so!

Today, May 20, I just passed by this gas station and its price is 202.9 while a few meters away the Petro Canada has its price at 196.9. I think these guys are not updated according to the news. I am a regular customer but this is very sad.

There are many poor reviews posted here over and over again regarding these two employees what does it take at head office to get rid of these ignorant people they do not possess customer service excellence. a simple question leads to rude arrogant remarks and not one but both come after you. The verbal abuse has got to stop when is this company going to step forward and pull these two employees they should never be working in customer service.

I don’t know what the problem they have. They lied every time. Bathroom is not working. This is depend on their mood, if they want they will give you key if they don’t want they will not give you key. I am getting gas every dayWorst

Was completely ignored when I had trouble at one of their pumps. Pulled around to another one to realize that it was out of order.After going in to pay and leaving the staff made fun of me over the intercom for not being able to use their broken pumps properly, meaning they could have helped me at any time and obviously decided not to.Horrible staff, horrible owners.To the whatever dense employee decides to respond to this, don't even bother. Clearly based on your other reviews you have a horrible track record for customer service. Hope you guys get closed down to be honest.

I was running late to work and needed to get gas. I work out of town. Everyone knows there are times when we scrape our nickle and dimes to get gas. I went in about 320 pm May 18, 2023 with my rolled $23 in change 3 rolled dimes, 4 rolled nickles just like you would get from the bank. Worst worst worst customer service, and rude employees, even the owner doesn't care about it, while posting review, i am seeing so many negative reviews from other people, but still no improvement.Will never recommend this place.

Really very horrible experience. When I asked a lady at the counter for some help at the station she totally ignored me and was just forcing me to pay even without even listening to my issue.
