Got chicken strips and fries with a complimentary hair ball. All they did was replace my fries. Commented that they should all be wearing hair nets, not even an acknowledgement. Happy it wasn't in my ice cream, I would have puked all over the place.

It was okay, it's a typical fast food place. I feel like the service was a little on the slow side, don't get me wrong the fee I interacted with we nice and friendly just seemed to lack experience and confidence. This could also be attributed to the fact that it's still somewhat new so everyone's probably still trying to find their groove.

We went more than once and drive thru service is fast and effective. Food is amazing. Ice cream is the best!! We will go back for sure!!

I’ve gone here a few times and so far it’s been great. The ice cream is great (so glad there’s a dairy free option, even if it’s just the dilly bar), the chicken strips were very tasty, and the burgers taste like they’re right off an old fashioned grill. I’m definitely going to keep coming here.

Live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and everything was cold when I got home. If this is what everyone else is getting this place won't be open long as the past Dairy Queens.

First time in to the new Bathurst DQ after 13:00. Still pretty busy. Service was prompt ,courteous and friendly. Food quality was as good as I expected but would have been much better and more enjoyable if the food had been hotter and stayed that way till the end. French fries not cooked enough to my liking. Burger was good but not warm, milkshake was excellent as was the Buster Bar treat. The parking area was chaotic mostly due to the drive through lane with the drivers using/blocking the free circulation lane. Worth a few more trips.

6pm Monday night.. cold fries, cold burger, barely warm chicken strips...it was fast cause they gave us stuff that had been sitting for 20 minutes. It wasn't busy. Food quality started great. decreasing last few months, they are getting lax in the kitchen, super nice front staff but no more dinner here for me. Last night was a waste of money, I should have had toast instead.
