A great place to learn whether you are a child or an adult. Coach Jalil is very technical and his level of experience is evident in how he is able to tailor his student's needs by being able to blend the skills of beginners and advanced students all in the same session. Highly recommended! I would rate the club 10 stars if I could

Jalil is great, one of the friendliest people you can ever meet and I have had the privilege of training under him. You can expect a full body workout that works every muscle group, to help build confidence, lose weight and get healthy. It’s the best place to go for kickboxing. Go to undefeated and join. You won’t regret it.

I take part in all of the adult classes at this gym. One of my son's trains here as well. They're all excellent and thoughtfully coached classes by great coaches. Both my technical skills and physical fitness have improved since beginning here. Its a great community and I highly recommend it.

Our boys have been with Coach Jalil @ Undefeated MMA for almost 2 years and they absolutely love it! Coach is amazing with kids and makes them work hard all while having a great time. Great for physical and mental health. 100% recommended Coach Jalil and the Undefeated Team!

Undefeated MMA is TopNotch! After having tried a number of other clubs over the years, I have to say that this one is the best. Jalil's coaching is great. His classes are well organized, there is lots of variety and great intensity. Jalil's technical knowledge and his eye for detail are unsurpassed.Jalil gives 110 % in every session he coaches, provides lots of feedback and encouragement. Prices are competitive. My son also enjoys the kids classes and has made several friends there. I can't say enough about how much our family enjoys being members of this club.

My Son has been learning Boxing/Kick Boxing at Caveman Strong with Jalil for a year now, and all I can say is the experience has been nothing short of incredible! Jalil as a person and trainer is so caring to the well being of each student , understanding, and he always goes the extra mile! I have seen outstanding improvements with my son since he has started in regards to overall health, confidence, techniques, respect and the ability to start to push himself to always do his best. 10/10 highly recommend!

My daughter and I both attend classes! Hands down Jalil and Brett are two of the best coaches I've worked with! We've both been members for several months and we look forward to going to each class!!! A great work out in a friendly atmosphere. I've learned so much in a short time :)

Best gym around, Best trainers around. They are the nicest people and the best motivators! Jalil really works you and makes sure you're always giving your all, I've tried multiple boxing classes in town but nothing compares to this one, really good atmosphere & training! If you really want to reach your goals, this is the place!
