Excellent service. Restaurant was clean. There was a lady outside yelling at this kid no more than 7 years old and man I felt so sorry for that boy. Telling him she didn't want him nor did his parents. I said excuse me but don't talk to him like that. She gave me a dirty look and took the boy inside. Said they were their for a meeting. I couldn't imagine telling my son anything like that. Just awful. Sorry this wasn't about the restaurant but it just really bummed out my day hearing that non sense yesterday.

Well after waiting in line 10 min in the drive through only to find out all debit and credit is down. Way to drop the ball Tim Hortons. There should be a sign at the drive through entrance NOT the ordering window. Get your act together.

Possibly the worst tim hortons in the city, Waited close to 8 minutes for an iced coffee. When i got the iced coffee let’s just say it’s was straight creamer no coffee. I asked to remake it and they gave it back with no ice tasted like dog water. I feel like i would have been better off drinking the creamer they gave me the first time

Garbage location, garbage service, drive thru lineup is always out to the other end of the lot. They take your order at the screen, when you show up to the window 25 minutes later, they tell you that you’re items are out of stock, why make someone wait? Just tell them at the beginning, so they can leave. Disgusted with their service and at the hours wasted waiting in line over the years.

Jan. 21, 2023 at around 7:30PM we ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap (grilled) that took 10mins for the crew to prepare and release (usually this location is fast on their drive thru service). However, our complaint is not on the duration it took but on the sandwich itself! Both were extremely dry, not a drop of sauce was put on both sandwiches and there were so much vegetables that the chicken and bacon were seemed forgotten. Compared to other branches, the sandwich we experienced at this location in Fairlight was awful.

Drive thru service is the slowest and worst one I have experienced here in town. Will never go to this location again.

Went through drive through. Ordered 2 ice capps and 50 timbits. Opened the box to maybe 20 total. Went in they apologized and handed me this. Not worth my breath arguing with people who don't speak enough English to count to 10 five times.

Worst tims in Canada. Stuck in drive thru line for 25 minutes. One line was going four cars for our one car. Avoid.
