Great products and very helpful, patient and kind staff. Laura was very helpful, informative and patient with us. It was our first time trying to re upholster some chairs and she was so helpful and honest with her suggestions. Highly recommend

I had a great experience. The lady who helped me choose materials for my furniture was kind, knowledgeable and patient. She gave the options and all the time I need to choose the right fabric. She also inteoduced me to all types of fabric which was good because i have a better understanding of different materials. Price is reasonable and it's a good place to find almost all the stuff you need. Thank you.

I was looking for indigenous fabric I was told they haven't gotten any in awhile cause they don't order any. Infront of my partner and I a lady said she is going to put in a new order. Why put in a new order if you are supposed to be closing? The inside of my sewing box was missing

I was taken back at the lack of assistance by the staff. We were told by the staff that they would not cut the fabric until we pay. So we went and paid for it, but when we went to go get it cut, the staff told us they won't cut it for us and to go to the second table to cut it on our own......quite rude approach as well. We brought the fabric to the second table and two wonderful ladies were nice enough to assist us in the cutting. However, in the midst of this, a rude staff actually came out of the way to tell these two ladies not to cut for us ... I found this incredibly ridiculous as I have never experienced this at other fabriclands.....definitely would not come back to this fabricland. They talk about us as if we aren't standing there. Disgusting customer service.

Good 2 storey location with a big selection. Very organized and a clean. Keep in mind that the only entrance is if you're driving south on Warden towards Ellesmere. And the entrance onto the parking lot is rather hidden. If you see the hill, the entrance might appear unexpectedly.

Savita was very helpful and informed. The prices were all excellent and they had everything we needed. The membership option is also super handy.

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid learning to sew. It's not the biggest selection, but they have a wide variety of fabric types. It's all very well labeled and clearly marked. I really appreciate how the staff are available and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. I've visited when there were big sales, and was very impressed with how well the staff handled the flow of people. I've never had a negative experience, and really appreciate the new ramp!

June 6, 2023.Savita and the staff at this location (store #57) are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.The store is well stocked and I was able to get the items I needed for my sewing projects.During the pandemic, the items were available to make masks.Thanks Savita and the other staff members.

We went there to buy felt. They had an amazing collection and that too cheap. It was $12 per metre for 36 inch felt. Great deal

Fabricland is far outdated. If one is looking for all the materials to make a range of clothing and house/window designs that are current with design, quality and easability in durable tools. Their prices are confusing; stated as very different from actual costs and varied with different items. Most materials are dull and cheap in quality/fibres discouraging me from continuing to be creative with fabrics. It would be better for the planet if quality textiles were more available and cost effective.
