Ici Computer

Try to fix my son MSI computer. The 1st time I was told the hard drive is needed to be replaced. And I want to change the old hard drive To new SSD hard drive, but the technician told me my laptop motherboard is not compatible to SSD hard drive, then I just believed what he said. When brought it back to home and we found the fan was making noise. Then I bring it back and they clean up the motherboard again. Then I brought it back the computer can’t connect the wifi, then I bring back again and somebody told me there’s a software problem and this is not their responsibility to fix it unless I’m willing to pay for the cost again. Anyway, I’ve already paid $300 for fixing my computer and it’s still not working. Then my son bring it to Memory Express to fix it and was told there’s a chip is broken (maybe someone clean up the motherboard). So I didn’t fix it yet because it’s expensive.So never try to fix your computer with this company again.By the way, my son just use the computer last night, the noise from the fan come out again and I was told it’s fixed but actually this is not fixed.The computer is totally ruined and I think I have to pay more money to fix it.Then, I found the other computer company named Powersonic Computer at Bridgeport road. They fixed my computer in 2 days instead of 2 weeks. They fixed the noise problem and wifi problem. They even tell me that my laptop can be replaced SSD hard drive that Ici computer told me I can’t. What’s a joke that Ici is making for me!!!!!!! Finally I change it to new SSD hard drive and the price is 40% less than what Ici charged me.Final words, don’t bring your computer to Ici or you will be regret!

Back in the good old days, around 1995 they were the computer store to go to along with Powersonic in Richmond. They were originally located in Parker Place. Fast forward to the twenties (2022), things have changed. It seems Powersonic has maintained their reputation for 28+ years.
