As a seasoned marketing executive, I know how to do my homework and wanted to be sure I made the best realtor selection as an out of market seller responsible to maximize the value of the estate. Garth went above and beyond my expectations and I am very pleased with both the outcome, as well as the process. I wish there was an option for 0 stars, this company is borderline criminals. Chris Brulotte soaked us for hundreds of dollars, not to mention unexpected showings while they were trying to sell the unit. I could go into way more detail but honestly if this saves 1 person the headache me and my girlfriend went through then it was worth taking the time to write.
