Optical 20 20

I have been a customer of this place for over 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. You can't beat the prices. And when anything has gone wrong, they were there to fix it. In fact, I was looking for new glasses with my wife, and David (owner) noticed something wrong with her glasses and offered to replace them at no charge. The glasses were about a year old so he wasn't obligated.

Great selection. Staff is really friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend this optical to people and I will definitely be going back here for all my eye care needs!

Helped my elderly neighbor out, who fell broke her arm and her glasses, i called , without knowing who she was they told me to come in and see if they can help, they not only put the lens back in, they fixed the badly bent frame and then cleaned it up.... elderly friendly, and i heaed them helping another customer out, good people, support this business, they support the community

DON'T GO, BETTER PLACES TO GO TO, watch out if you have benefits, they tried to use my benefits on 3 diffrent occasions for the same claim, looks like they are trying to Max out my benefits , I had to call my benefits and submit a fraudulent claim that they tried, Even after I told them that The first claim went through, and then they tried to resubmit it again 2 More times

20/20 Optical in Whitby is a hidden gem. Great customer service bar none! The staff knows more than I would have ever thought to find the frame of glasses that work for you. Don't go by what the big box stores have to offer before you check this optical store out first. Yes, they are on top of being competed with others quality and price wise, although they don't advertise this to my knowledge. We live more than an hour away to come here . Personally, I think they have more modern frames then many other stores. I went to at least ten optical places in our area and did not find anything that worked forme ( I am a women that is classified as a petite frame). When we arrived at 20/20 on a Saturday morning to pick up my new glasses it was crazy busy. I suspect word has got around about this place. At 20/20 they will look after you and they back what they sell. Verified by two happy customers!
