Do not recommend!I hired this company to clean my parents home after my family and I moved out, they had let us live there while our house was being renovated. So as a thank you I wanted to have a deep clean of their home, and being a working mom of two with a husband deployed overseas who just moved I didn’t have the time to do it myself, but sure wish I did. When I hired this company I assumed with the high price of $50/ hour per person that it would be a good deep clean. So I provided some priority areas, but my assumption was the my parents would walk in and feel like it was a great clean, boy was I wrong. It took 2 people 5 hours to clean almost all the windows, leaving some windows undone, the 1 bathroom, (which for a deep clean I shouldn’t see water spots on the faucet) the fridge( and when I day fridge I mean only the fridge not the freezer which is attached for the fridge) didn’t know I needed to specify and the floors. Of a very small, one level 1 bath 3 bedroom home. Nothing was dusted, no counters nothing , no walls washed no baseboards nothing. So for that amount that was cleaned it cost me $500 ! I have spent less, and so have many others I know on March out cleans of 3 story full homes and they were spotless ( March outs being deep cleans).I’m speechless, and the original response when I reached out was I could hire them again to come clean, but of course not for free. They did offer to come back and fix it, after some discussion , as I mentioned I had friends who used this company and shared a similar experience ( wishing now I reached out to friends before hiring) that it was offered to come fix the missed areas, but my mother being very upset preferred for do it herself. Anyways my suggestion is if your looking for a good clean, keep looking.

Have had cleaners off and on in the past but ultimately decided it made more sense to clean myself bc there always seemed to be areas missed. Recently, however, I have been so busy with work that I knew I needed help. That said, it wasn't until they came to do their 2 initial deep cleans (one for the upper floor, one for the main) that I realized just HOW badly I needed the help (it's almost embarrassing!). All I can say is WOW! Even the leafs on my artificial plants shine now. They left no surface untouched. We are now settling into routine cleanings and I cannot get over how thorough they are. You can tell that they approach their jobs seriously and take pride in the quality of their work. Definitely recommend.

We love Kylie and the whole Life Well Kept team. We are currently on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule but have used them for deep cleaning as well. Kylie is super responsive and very flexible with scheduling which we appreciate because life happens. We would definitely recommend!
