Being taught by Jeff and spend time in Body Co Fitness is one of the best thing happened to me in the past 5 years. I was 260 pounds and plagued with back and ankle problems by end of 2017. Nicole convinced me to attend Jeff's class with her along with Fardad and Pierre in 2018 and the hard works paid off. Right now I weigh between 230 to 234 pounds and my basketball capabilities has increased by leaps and bounds despite me being 43 years old. Once my fitness had improved and weight dropped, I started to do moves I thought I could not have done years before and everything I do (as playing basketball) has amplified.I wish I have a photo of me in 2017 which would show how badly out of shape I was. One thing for sure is that I feel strong like a Sumo Wrestler under Jeff's tutorage, while having my weight goes down.

Jeff has a unique way to motivate, guide and inspire. He is dedicated in helping his clients achieve their personal best – whatever that may be. He somehow knows how much you can lift, how fast you could go, how many reps you can do and how far to gently push and encourage. My training time with Jeff ends with almost nothing left in the tank. And I love that. Whoops, gotta go, time to bike down to the gym!

Jeff is a wonderful personal trainer. He really tries to work with you and get as much of our your fitness goals as possible. He is very patient and takes the time to analyse and dissect your personal habits in order to come up with a realistic exercise plan. My sister and I've been personal training with Jeff for almost 6 months now and it's been great!

Jeff is a fantastic trainer, that is constantly updating his already vast knowledge of joint movement and health. He is also very supportive, positive and personable, he cares about the journey, and how to best train me especifically. He also pushes me to not only to obtain my goals, but get there in a realistic and approachable matter. I love training with Jeff and seeing results!

I’ve never had a personal trainer, so came to our first meeting with lots of questions. Right off the bat, Jeff handled my dozens of questions about functional training like a pro - he knows his stuff. I started out concerned about a back injury and wanted to do it right. Jeff started me off with some very specific movements to get a sense of how bad the injury was, and quickly identified a training regimen to not only get me setting out on a path to reach my goals, but also start strengthening the areas that were keeping me injured. He keeps things simple but understands the complexities and nuances and does a great job of explaining them so you can understand them. Within just a few months, my injury no longer bothered me and my body transformation had already begun. I’ve never felt more fit, strong and athletic - even though I was never a serious athlete. I look forward to every session and consistently push out PB’s under Jeffs training. My girlfriend ended up joining me and now we work out together every week on a fun, fast paced protocol that helps us both meet our own individual goals. He’s somehow able to train us both at the same time even though our goals are very different. It’s a lot of fun. Couldn’t find anyone nicer and yet who will not hesitate to cheerfully kick your butt each session! Recommend 100%.

Jeff brings so much support and extra encouragement with his personal training. When I was badly injured in a car accident I didn't know what to do physically or mentally and once I started training with Jeff I began to heal faster then I thought possible and became even stronger then I have ever been. I was able to bench press a new record and increase my self confidence. I enjoyed my training sessions at the gym but also felt that I had so much support out of the gym with what to eat and helping me stay accountable. I have been training with Jeff for a number of years now and will continue to do so as he has made fitness enjoyable and a part of everyday life.

Jeff is an excellent trainer! He goes above and beyond, messaging us with nutrition tips and keeping us accountable with our workout goals (or trying to at least!) He is very attentive and customizes workouts to our specific goals and abilities: For example, I want to avoid injury snowboarding and running, while my husband wants to build muscle, and he gives us different workouts no problem even though we see him at the same time. And, if I have back or knee pain, he gives workouts that won't aggravate those areas. We have seen him for about a year and are healthier, happier, and less stressed. Jeff is very reasonably priced, flexible, encouraging, and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Jeff since September of 2016. I first came in with a multitude of injuries, with no confidence in my body or my strength. I had been seeing trainers, chiropractors, and physiotherapists for years with no success. I was starting to give up on my body and it’s capabilities. When Jeff and I first started training, I’d lift 5 lbs. dumbbells and my neck would start hurting. It took months of patience to get to where I am today. He’s completely transformed my body from being injury-prone and underweight to being injury-free and at a healthy weight. My relationship with my body has completely transformed!After every session Jeff checks in on me with a text message or a phone call to see how my body is feeling. I can tell he truly cares about my health and well-being. He isn’t a personal trainer to make money, he’s a personal trainer because he loves interacting with people and transforming their lives through a full body transformation. Not only is Jeff a good personal trainer, but he also became one of my closest friends as a result of us training with each other and getting to know one another. Every time I bring up Jeff to someone, they have nothing but good things to say about him.Jeff, you’ve successfully transformed my body and made me have confidence in myself again. I never thought I could lift weights and be 100% injury-free. I never thought I would be feeling stronger than ever, lifting heavier than ever. You're a great role model for all personal trainers out there. I'm so lucky to have found a trainer like you. I’m looking forward to many more years of personal training with you, Jeff!

Working with Jeff is amazing! He help me put me on the right track to achieve my goals! He help me achieve fast results with hard work ethic knowledge of body building and great coach. He takes his time where your fitness level is at. Every sessions he helps and improve your fitness level. What would had taken me 3 months to achieve he help me in one month.
