Irresponsible, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service. I bought a pair of shoes online, returned them to the store and being told that they don’t accept return for online products. It cost me $20 to return it by post and they don’t even provide a free return tag. I sent an email to their customer service and express my frustration in a constructive manner, not even a single response to my email!

Purchased a great pair of New Balance running shoes and the staff was very helpful. The only downside was that a $200 pair of running shoes came with laces that were too short. Had to buy longer laces at Walmart. Thank you, Walmart. Shame on you, New Balance.

Lady who “helped” was rudeDidn’t know what a sole was and didn’t know what she was talking about.We asked her for a size and instead of bringing it to us she started flicking her hand at us to come over and didn’t give us both sizes we asked for. She also overcharged me when I payed with card. Even thought it isn’t much (few cents) she rounded up like I was paying cash and started giving attitude.

Terrible experience. Ridiculous customer service. The lady seems like she doesnt have any understanding what customer service is. Doesn't explain anything. Doesn't care. Doesn't seem to know the return or refund policy. Never ever go to this location.
