Not bad experience. Burgers were great..service ok. I went with my family. Hubby and my little son. My kid was waiting outside with our puppy. I started to order and started with placing my sons order..Before I completed my sentence... The person behind counter interrupted me and told me that the kids meal was only for kids and that I couldn't order. That was really odd and I said that I had a kid waiting outside at the picnic table. She proceeded to try to look out the window looking to see if I was telling the truth and said I guess I have to believe you if you were telling the truth. I told that I don't really care or not if she doesn't believe. I tried to make light of it..as I really wanted to try their burgers. I proceeded to place my own order and them hubby did the same. My biggest beef is what if we were ordering for the rest of our families to take home? Are we not allowed to order kids meal if they are not present? This is one of those take out burger joints.

I've been twice and both times were pretty disappointing. First time ordered a burger - It was dry and flavorless. Second time had the fire hydrant hot dog - The bun was stale and the dog is boiled. On the plus side it was very spicy. They do have good sized portions too. I definitely don't understand the hype of this place.

Have come occasionally over the years and typically pretty good…not any more. Had the 17 Wing Burger. The pattie was dry and flavorless. The egg on top way over cooked. Bun not fresh at all. And fries automatically included with the burger? Asked what the price was if I did not want fries, server replied $1.00 less, yet they sell an order of fries for $3.95. That’s gouging folks. Love to give business to the little guys but won’t be back.

Have tried a few of their burgers and all of them have been so tasty. Love all their burgers with pineapple specifically! Really friendly service, really great that they give a portion of their tips back to the community. Quick service.During the summer its nice to sit at their tables outside and eat, otherwise a bit of drive for myself to take back home and eat. Cinnamon fries are a must!!!

Tasty burgers and fries with a classic drive-in diner experience. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, my colleagues ordered the Nashville Chicken Burger and a Classic Dawg. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals except the fries with the Classic Dawg were mostly undercooked and somewhat hard.My order and my buddy's Dawg and fries order came to around 35$.I would definitely have it again but I'd just ask for the fries to be well done. Overall great burger spot! SHEEEEESH

I visited St. James Burger & Chip Co. for a burger & fries on a weekday for lunch. The place was pretty busy. I waited about 30 minutes for my food. I didn’t realize this place was so popular. I ordered the 17 Wing Burger. It was pretty good. As others reviewers have likely stated, the restaurant seasons their fries with cinnamon and bit of sugar. I quite liked it, though others with me weren’t as big of a fan. Staff inside were super friendly and offered samples of fries before you ordered. There are tables and chairs outside for customers to eat.

Great food. Ordered from here a few times now since moving to the area and each time has been excellent. I usually get the Ukrainian Burger which is loaded with goodness - and this coming from someone who usually doesn't like too many things on my burgers. This is my exception. Big portions too which I always appreciate. When I have a burger craving, this is the place I'll go.

I was blown away by the great flavour and texture of their burgers. Not expected. Fries were outstanding as well. I also love their grass-roots feel where they support the local people and community. Glad I finally found this spot. Will be returning sooner rather than later.
