I had a consultation with Cassandra and the nurse (Dawn I think was her name) came in and assessed what I would need done. They were both very welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had and have made me very comfortable with getting my first procedure done! The office was also beautiful and extremely clean!

I had a consultation with Samantha. I've Been on medication and it caused damage and gave me deep creases on my face. It's made me very depressed. She was so empathic and compassionate. Samantha has decided on a treatment plan that is right for me and I can't wait to get started. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, a pleasure indeed. The place is so clean, it's like walking into a breath of fresh air. Thank you kindly for the amazing experience.

Wow, such a stunning place with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Cassandra was informative, cheerful and thorough. The front desk receptionist (my apologies, I didn't catch her name) was also very welcoming and kind. Nurse Noreen again very friendly and answered my questions with a smile. I had an excellent consultation and a week ago, a positive follow up appointment post treatment.Great atmosphere and excellent staff! I definitely recommend Skin Vitality on Main st. in Hamilton!LC

Can’t say enough good things. From intake, to consultation, to treatment- the staff here made me feel like a million dollars.Samantha’s consultation was thorough and expansive. She inquired about my previous treatment history, and offered recommendations outside of what my appointment was scheduled for, which I appreciated.I have been to three clinics before and found the consultation to either lack substance or come across extremely salesy and pushy. Not the case here.Noreen, the nurse who administered the treatment, was extremely efficient- and somehow, without any topical numbing, made the entire experience completely painless.I will definitely be going back, and would recommend anyone curious about these treatments to start your journey here!Thank you again.

This was my first experience with a medical cosmetic procedure. Compliments to Cassandra and Noreen. They are both clearly very knowledgeable and happily answered a ton of questions for me. I was very nervous but when it came time to have my injections, I felt confident that I was in good hands. I was nervous during the injections as well but Noreen was very understanding and comforting. She is clearly experienced and I will definitely return to her in the future. The facility is immaculately clean (and stylish). I highly recommend Skin Vitality.

I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, specially, Kailey.The clinic’s calming ambience instantly put me at ease. Victoria personalized approach impressed me. She listened attentively to my concerns and also provided detailed explanation of the treatment. The fist treatment went well, resulting in noticiable improvements in my skin’s appearance. The clinic’s commitment to ongoing support and follow-up further demonstrated their dedication to their clients. Still need two more treatments of Morpheus8 and very excited to see the final result!
