No cashiers. If you are paying with interac or cc the cashier refuses to process you. Welcome to the future at a second hand clothing store. I had always liked this place as it took people's old clothes as donations and created jobs. Apparently just another business trying to get rid of people.

Nice, employees. Their personality is bigger than the store. But they are soiled and love their jobs, it shows in their behaviours. Thank you always for a pleasant shopping experience.

Overall not a bad thrift shop. Nothing special as far as variety goes but naturally that all depends on what they get donated in. Generally clean and tidy but stuff is pretty unhelpful.

No longer have dressing rooms, but still a lot of great finds here. Like any thrift shop, patience and monitoring is key!

Dishonest employees who ring up your purchase under their own points card. When I confronted said employee, she claimed it was a mistake? For her to covertly pull out her employee discount card and swipe my purchase amount?Brought this to the attention of the store manager. He didn't seem to care. DO NOT SHOP HERE. When customers don't have a loyalty card or choose not to get one they are ripping off the system. This also happens at Toys r Us and the LCBO!!!

Another shopping experience ruined because they replaced human beings with self checkouts. We are a social species and I want to interact with a human being, not a machine - and I want human beings to have jobs. Just another greedy business, looking to maximize profits with no concern for the human cost.

Compared to the Value Village in Sudbury ON this price wise was by far the best. I didn't see anything over 16.99 for jeans and shoes. The jewellery tho I found was a bit pricey. Lots of interesting items to see and the gentleman who helped me through the self check out process was amazing he was also able to help me add my status card. Next time I am Toronto I am def making this one of my go to thrift stops.

This store is small but selection is wide. Managed to find few lux brand pieces couple of times. Parking is not the most convenient.

The prices are insane, it’s becoming cheaper to buy things new instead of second hand. I understand you have to pay workers but they recently introduced self check out so it makes absolutely no sense. This isn’t a curated vintage store.

great location but definitely smaller and always busy so be prepared! they’ve also removed all the mirrors on the side aisles which makes it a bit harder to try clothes on since you have to stand in the middle of the store, often in other people’s way
