The servers there were nice enough, but the vibes were overall pretty unwelcoming, a little hostile honestly, especially from the types of people that seem to frequent this location. I won't be going back anytime soon, that's for sure

Was planning on going in. But the place is not honestly western for being a country bar. Looks more like a bad set from game of thrones than anything. Staff are also clearly not western and the people that do go there and hang around don't make the place feel safe.

The north end of Red Deer BADLY needed this.I'm not even a country guy, but the balance of lower with north to south entertainment had shifted so many years ago that I lost interest in going to clubs. This changes things.

Had a crack head yell and scream in my face for waiting in line! Terrible spot and choice for letting people in and eat too bright in there for seeing them crack heads that they let in!

I gave a bartender a $20 for one shot, ONE shot and she gave us back $3.75, clearly that wasn’t right. We talked to her and was really rude and disrespectful about it. Her only excuse was she held “a $10 in her hand for a long time” we got our sober driver which saw me pulled the $20 out and hand to her and she still didn’t try to understand. We weren’t trying to get money out of her we are honest people. We had problems with her before at Bellinis she never gives us the right amount. Please do something about this, she used to charge extra for shots, $6 dollar shots but then when we buy from her, She charges $6.75, because of “tax”.

Couldn’t even make it into the facility, had a crack head lady with about 3 black teeth screaming in my face and pushing me. Decided to leave. Absolutely disgusting. Would not suggest.

Be warned they scan your ID and record it. When ask what do you do with the information they don't know. They also dig through ladies purses and also pat you down at the door. Very intrusive will not be going back.

Thankful that Red Deer has one bar open now. Not having any in a city this size was ridiculous. Hopeful that The Silver Buckle picks a target audience and aims for that, rather than trying to appeal to everyone and every genre. It's a bit bright in there for a bar. The service was quick and friendly. Hoping they ditch the red solo cups and get hard plastic ones. The solo cups aren't very sturdy when you get bumped into. Lots of parking and easy to find, but being on the North side of Red Deer is unfortunate. Overall, a welcomed and much needed addition to Red Deer!
