Dr Patt was both professional and compassionate in taking care of the passing of our 15+ year old dog at our home last week. We were very grateful to have our pet be in her home with us at her side until the very moment she was gone. It was a completely humane and peaceful experience thanks to Dr Patt.

We had the privilege of having Dr Patt help us through one of the hardest times in our life about 5 weeks ago. Her compassion and caring bedside manner was very much appreciated. She walked us through the entire process, and the event that we had been dreading for months, was actually a very peaceful process. We have had occasion to use her services a few times before, and are truly grateful that she is in a mobile unit, and that she is able to allow our furry loved ones to be in a more relaxed state at home for their last minutes with us.

Thank you so much Dr Patt for helping us say goodbye, in our own home, to our much loved dog. Thanks to you, it was so peaceful and easy and left us feeling we really did the right thing. You were professional, compassionate and caring. What a great way to end a great life. We are most grateful!

Dr. Patt went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute appointment request, for our senior cat who was very ill and needed to be euthanized on fairly short notice. We wanted to do it at home rather than bring our cat back into the vet office (which usually stressed our cat out) and Noah's Ark came recommended by our regular vet. Dr. Patt was very gentle and compassionate, and she explained everything that was happening/would happen during the appointment.

The day we had been dreading for months finally came. Dr Patt made the experience relaxed and comfortable for our beloved dog. He left us on the spot where he slept, not some cold vet office. I cannot recommend this service enough. Dr Patt was compassionate and patient. We did not feel rushed or pressured into going faster than we needed. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Dr Patt came today and helped a beloved pup cross the rainbow bridge. She was extremely professional and courteous; giving everyone the chance to be there for the pup and making sure everyone knew what they could potentially see so it was not a surprise.
