Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs

We had Seaway build our inground pool a few years back and could not be happier with the end result. The entire process went smoothly and was handled professionally from start to finish.We continue to use their pool opening/closing services year round and purchase our pool chemicals/equipment etc from them as well as go in and have our water tested from time to time at the Unionville location. Everyone we have interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. They’re always ready to answer and address any and all of our questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend.

I'd like to share my recent positive experience with Seaway Pools. Around a year ago, I purchased a robot vacuum from their Markham location. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with it. However, when I brought it to the attention of Gary and Wendy at Seaway Pools, they provided outstanding service and quickly resolved the problem within just an hour. I'm extremely grateful for the exceptional assistance I received from the entire team at Seaway Pools. A big thank you to everyone involved!

I attended the Markham store to purchase replacement gaskets for my Beachcomber Hot Tub. I called in advance to check if they had the item and I was advised that they had the gaskets. When I arrived there was a 19-20 year old working in the service section. He initially brought me to the Hayward gasket section and I informed him that was not the proper part. He then invited me into the parts section behind the counter and provided me with two options. I took 2 large ones and 4 of the smaller ones and I asked if he had my hot tub model in the store to compare the size. Unfortunately he did not.I purchased the gaskets at $6.00 each as well as several other items which totalled approximately $200.00. When I returned home and attempted to replace my leaving gaskets they were clearly the wrong size. I called immediately and requested to speak with a manager and left my name and phone number because a manager was not available. I did not receive a phone call the following day so I called again and spoke with the same male that sold me the wrong parts. Once again I requested to speak with a manager and provided my information for a call back.No call back and the following evening I called the store a woman answered and identified herself as a manager she could care less, said she didn’t receive the messages and said the students have left the store for the season.She asked what I wanted and offered to provide the proper gaskets however I had attended another Beachcomber store and received the correct gaskets. The response from the manager was as disappointing as receiving the wrong parts. If you have already replaced the parts there is nothing I can do for you. I will never use Safeway Pools for any Hot Tub or Pool supplies moving forward. Terrible service and overpriced.

I shop for Chemical Supplies for my hot tub I purchased and must say the store is fully stocked and the customer service is incredible! The General Manager (Gary Kahoon) was professional and very knowledgeable, highly recommended shopping at Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs!

I have been a Customer of Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs for many years and referred many customers to them.I must say their General Manager -Gary Kahoon truly goes out of his way to look after my product needs and the referrals that have been sent .Feedback has been Great customer service ! , Fully stocked pool and hot tub supplies and fun shopping experience with Gary. Super high energy and always makes you smile.Highly recommend shopping at Seaway Pools and Hot tubs .

Seaway Pools and Hot tubs is most definitely a one stop shopping store.I found all my chemicals for my pool and they even had quite a few toys for the pool .I must say Gary, their GM was very helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable.The store in Markham is very nice and offers quite a variety of items.Thanks for the customer experience .

Here are two Reviews:Tim FillierI found Tim to be very courteous, and conscientious about his job but his attention to detail and his communication skills regarding the upkeep or maintenance of the pool to be above standard.Tim treated our property as if it were his own always returning items to their respective places such as the outdoor hose and skimmers.Tim always saw to our needs and if he was not able to then he called his supervisor Dylan Teeter who immediately followed with a call to my cell phone.This leads to my Second Review of Dylan TeeterI found Dylan to be very supportive and responsive to my needs.Sometimes Dylan had to fill in for Tim when he was away while other times Dylan was a great listener and saw to our needs with products required and service needed.What also is refreshing is the immediate attention I received through her office and calls returned to me asap.Dylan also would gently remind me to book the opening and closing of our pool and when it may be best based upon weather conditions.Great communication skills.Thank you to Seaway PoolsPaul

I'm a new homeowner with a pool here. Contacted Seaway and the cleaner Tim did a fantastic job cleaning our pool, also extremely informative on how to maintain our pool and hot tub. He did a step-by-step walkthrough which my husband and I greatly appreciated. Thanks Tim and the Seaway team !

I am writing this review re my experience with the Markham Seaway Pools and Hot tubs location .We purchased a Beachcomber hot tub from this store and I must say the General Manager ( Gary Kahoon) goes out of his way for the customer and service .He really likes to talk however quickly builds rapport ! and is extremely knowledgeable and makes you want to come back for the shopping experience .Highly recommend Seaway Pools and Hot tubs , great job .

Bought my chlorinator cap to get a new gasket. Hats off to Gary and Ryan who got the right gasket and even took the cap apart to replace it. This type of customer service is why we always buy our pool chemicals there. They also provide great water testing so our pool is always properly balanced.
