Had bad experience with their after hours service, guy didn't want to come out. Then told me to get a part off a demo unit.Later invoice had complaint" on it because I did as told.And yes there was a big service bill but as a business owner

It has terrible service and they’re customer service is subpar, I waited weeks for a side by side to be fixed and it came back barely working, you don’t feel welcome and the staff is not friendly
