This is an interesting store with a variety of unique items at fair prices. The customer service was friendly. The parking is free. The location is good.

Store got some cute and unusual Asian style stuff but the staff are unsmiling, unhelpful and looks very unhappy working there. Just for that, no more..

I've been to this place a few times for day to day items, and it's generally okay. However, one unpleasant experience will leave me thinking twice before choosing to buy here in the future.I bought red pockets for Chinese New Year and when I opened the package at home, I found the bottom of one of the red pockets torn off. It's frustrating, as now I'm short one red pocket for the set I was planning to hand out to a specific group of relatives. I'm not going to drive all the way back just to make an exchange for one red pocket, and I'm not sure if they would even own up to something like this. One's needs to step up it's quality assurance.

The lady keep telling me they don't accept google pay and Master card...however there is a sticker on the counter saying they accept that, and I can see the machine is working. Definitely will not go back.

The worst one's store in GTA. The customer service is too bad to deserve one star. She is the one for cutting the table mat. She refused to take out the broken coner to re-measure it. How can customer use the broken corner but still pay for it? She does not seem to like this job and angry to anyone asking for the questions. The supervisor came for asking details, but end up providing little help and not communicating with the customers directly. She ignores the customer and speak Cantonese only, not daring to look at customer's face. Don't know what help they can provide to the customer. Suggest they only hire cashier. If there is a choice to give negative star, i'm more than willing to do so. Will never go there again.

Went hunting for a portable rechargeable fan with this heatwave - and Ones did not disappoint! There are so many cute colours! The prices were very reasonable - most were $7.99-9.99. They had testers that were mostly charged, so you could actually see the strength of the fans.They also have a great selection of household gadgets/housewares. I bought wire baskets that hook onto my shelves inside of cabinets to make the most of some dead space, sponge holder that hangs over faucet/soap pump for my sink (avoids gross suction cup rings). I always enjoy just browsing to see what new products they bring in.

For years when I look for oriental kitchen gadgets and small appliances, I go to this place as my first resort. As for household items, you can always find something very different from what you see at main stream stores like Walmart. It is worth checking it out.

I'm glad placed like this are still around. There are things that you can't find anywhere else. And some things are usually a better quality than some things you can find at Walmart.

Cute items, lots of home accessories and cute Japanese style items.They have this 5 for $10 selection in the back so that's always nice.Car perfumes, bedding, stuffies, storage, games too.
