expensive to repair a ripped denim jacket - didn’t even reinforce it and it ripped again the same week. if you charge $20 to stitch one section of a jacket, you should at least reinforce it with a patch so it doesn’t rip again immediately. I’ve paid less for bridesmaid dress alterations at another tailor.

Vogue saved the day! I received my new suit on the same day as the function that I was hoping to wear it for and Nick went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute alteration request. He was very kind and understanding, and within 2.5 hours of dropping it off, I had my suit returned with alterations made to the pant and jacket. I really appreciated the lengths he went for me and the fit is now just as I had envisioned.Thank you to Nick and Terry for the great service!

I actually cannot sew and I have a hoodie that i have alot of rock and roll patches on I keep adding to it. Each time I get new patches, i take them to Nick and his wife @ Vogue. Nick willA: Determine the best spotB: save me money whenever possible.He doesn't have to do any of that....but nick and his wife go above and beyond. Anytime someone asks for a good tailor, i always tell them VOGUE tailors are your best bet.

Top notch. I was looking for a suit for my wedding and ended up here after not having much luck at the big box stores. I always wanted a handmade suit and this was truly an experience every man should have.After picking a fabric and liner for my suit Nick the owner took my measurements and paid attention to details such as one shoulder was slightly lower then the other, little things like that truly made it a well fitting garment.It took Nick about 2 months to complete and I was called for a fitting, well it was the best fitting piece of clothing I ever had on and compared to off the rack, it was like wearing a sweater. The only altering needed was to hem the paints which Nick did in about 20 mins while I waited. He is truly a master of his craft. I highly recommend this route if you are not in a rush for a suit. It is no doubt a little more expensive but the experience and personal touch of a taylor is by far more pleasant then a pushy salesmen on commission.Nick will have you looking fine in no time. My hat is off to you sir...

Best Tailor in Halifax!! He tailored my tall leather & elastic boots so well you can’t even tell they were taken in. Very talented, reasonable prices, very knowledgeable and a very nice man! 10/10 would recommend for all things that need tailoring! I will definitely be going back with other items in my closet.

It was such a delight to deal with Nick! He fixed a beach blanket of mine with a new piece of fabric I brought him.The final result was amazing - 1000 times better than I could ever do! It was well worth it! I am bringing more things to be fixed there, soon!
