The Staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I have been to this location multiple times and have always had a issue with the staff. If you hate your job thar much find something new!!Will never go to this location again.

I came in to ask a simple question, and this rude Asian lady told me that they are closed. Even though it wouldn’t take more than 2 seconds of her time to answer my question. Dealt with her multiple times before and noticed that she always seems like she is miserable and has bad attitude towards customers. Never will go to this location again!

I placed three sealed letters in the Canada Post mailbox addressed to residents who moved out, writing clearly RETURN TO SENDER!" Whoever sent it back to my mailbox needs to stop playing this stupid game. Think real hard what am I supposed to do with strangers' mail?"

Best post office location in Westmount. The staff is patient and kind. It’s the customers who are terrible and rude. I send out packages regularly for business and have witnessed Customers be absolutely disgusting the staff put up with a lot and are always professional and lovely. Pam is super helpful and always knows the best way to get things to their destination

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I just had the horrible experience of interacting with the Canada Post manager, Pam. Not only was she the most unfriendly person in the store, she proceeded to speak under her breath to the other employees about our interaction.... right in front of me. I actually felt like I was interacting with a toddler. The fact that this person has been put in a position of power is laughable and reflects extremely poorly on this location, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada Post and customer service standards in general. Pam's behaviour is not acceptable towards customers or staff and I will go out of my way to not have to go to this location.

Woman with short red hair is really bad. First sat there in line while she didn't attend to any customers. She finally comes out and speaks to everyone rudly before me. When it's my turn she doesn't accept my change of address from the government to pick up my package because I accidently brought the one for my health card. I then mention how if I was able to change it on my Healthcare it is automatically updated for license as well so it still proves where I live. She then mentioned that it is policy, despite the fact of picking up many packages this way. Don't know where people with the smallest amount of power let it go to their heads. She must have something else going on in her life to be this rude.

Pam needs to be fired. The attitude pouring from her was very unprofessional. Do not ask someone a question then cut them off then get snarky when you didn't hear the answer.I get everyone has a bad day but that wasn't the first time she's been like that. If you hate your job that much just quit and find a job where you don't have to deal with people.

The Asian clerk does not understand basic things. It's not a language barrier, she is purposely lazy. When a prepaid postage sticker SAYS 'Prepaid' on it and she argues it's not prepaid, the lady has some kind of issue with basic literacy. Also, she cannot find addresses that google can clearly find. She says they 'do not exist'. Um, I've sent to this address through your location before and it most certainly DOES exist. This is the most unhelpful, blatantly RUDE location ever. The staff (all of them) there are just waiting for their pensions, and care not for basic service. Unbelievably terrible!

I found the staff at this location very friendly and helpful. Totally appreciate their professional and polite support. Wish we had more people like these girls. Thank you

The dark haired lady who works here should be retrained or fired, it’s simple can’t do the job find one you can handle. Time and time again she sends me away unable to mail to simple addresses. I return later when the very competent short haired lady is working and she does her job with excellence, she never has trouble mailing packages the other lady is incapable of shipping. It’s cost me a lot of time and money, to the point I’m about ready to shell out the added 15$/ package to ship with ups or anyone competent.
