Every item ordered from Crown and Birch are jewels I have a stunning 8 x 10 grey Loloi rug in my living area just ordered a lamp and a gorgeous runner for my hallway. Professional experienced experts. Highly recommend you visit their excellent website. Their sales are also worth viewing.

Have had great experience with online ordering from this store. I ordered chairs that were delayed a few times due to the pandemic difficulties, and Abby kept me informed and responded to all my emails inquiring about timelines. Finally got the chairs and it was worth the wait! :)

Approached the gang at Crown and Birch in need of some design ideas for a kitchen reno for a colour scheme- I'm a single dad and design is not exactly my forte. Breymann did an incredible job helping me decide on a colour scheme from everything from cabinetry and finishings to backsplash and counter tops, as well as lighting in the space. Seriously would have been lost without these guys- 100% recommend.

On a recent visit to Thunder Bay, I had the luck of stopping into Crown and Birch. The store is beautiful and the staff is amazing! I purchased a few home decor items and am extremely pleased with the style and quality of what I bought. Looking forward to my next visit to Crown and Birch! I have my eye on a beautiful Canadian made sofa.
