They only detractors for me are the tightness of the spaces. It is very cramped in your store and maneuvering with a cart and or large items isn't always easy. It is also very difficult to find a sales associate to assist you, and I witnessed one sales associate walk away from a elderly client who asked a question she didn't speak english. My husband and I ended up helping this woman. I have no issue with someone not speaking in another language, but she was incredibly rude to the customer, I was about to translate for her, but she just kept walking away.

Frequently do not have stock of items (especially items in the weekly flyer). When I check online ,the site shows items are in stock as well as the sales associate's terminal. The items are just not there. Checkout lines are long and slow, often there is only one cashier who also has to deal with the returns and courtesy desk. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Always a lineup for cash, one of the worst Canadian Tires if you need to return something. Nice staff but not enough of them!Added a photo from tonight’s visit - once again, long lineup with one cash open. If you’re looking for a quick visit, always avoid this store.

The store itself was well set up. But they are always short staffed. With curb side pick up, the person handling that and other tasks is working hard, but he can't please everyone.I also wish there was more room at the cashes. Also, more cashiers.

Short staffed, always a lineup, and the door to the mall is always closed. It’s not worth the wait. Shop somewhere else
