We called to make an appointment for a door repair and were shocked by the rudeness of the person who answered the phone. He offered an arrival time of, between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. We said a little after 3:00 would be better. He responded, “Do you need your doors repaired or not?”The entire conversation lasted less than two minutes.We are giving them one star because they did answer the phone. By answering the phone, the few words spoken made it clear, it is in our best interest to take our business elsewhere.
