**Fraud Alert* The sales rep forged my signature on a home inspecting. The rep sold me a base unit when they were advertising a unit with key features. Havill doesn't accept responsibility to keep their information accuracy and update and refuses to allow me to escalate the issue. I never saw the unit they delivered me until after I moved in and then forged my signature on the inspecting claiming I did.

Hugely impressed with the welcome my daughter and I received recently while investigating the possible purchase of a modular home.My granddaughter recently moved into 10 Beaches in Hubbards. I suspect she will be a long time loyal client for she is very young.And was treated with respect and dignity by the sales team, despite her tender years.

Great place to do business with. Very kind and courteous, Viola was an excellent person to work with, always putting the customer 1st.Excellent product with an excellent warrany. Would do the whole process over again with them no problem.Can't say enough good things about them!!!

I got a new home from havills in 2012. I was told they will do first tie down in 5 yrs , 8 yrs later and it's not done. Now they tell me no. Everything that they say is a lie..I'm not the only one that they've done this to. HHavills is a terrible company

We chose the East River model for our family of 7 and it is surprisingly spacious and has enough storage to meet our needs. As first time homebuyers, this was a very daunting task, but Viola was our saving grace through the whole process. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to build a home during the pandemic, and to expect delays (way more delays than you could imagine) but if you have the time and the ability to compromise it will be worth while. Thank you for all of your help, problem solving, and patience. We love our forever home!

Where to begin.We have never had problem till this new owner took over. He comes onto your property without any notice , taking pictures while on your property, (He took a photo of my home which you can clearly see right inside my living room window), towing peoples work vehicles. You pay for water you cannot drink from the tap. The list goes on an on !People are running outta this mobile park because it's an absolute nightmare to deal with the owner and all the other problems that come along with itI use to love saying this park is where my forever home will be , but the time can't come fast enough to move outta here .

This is our second home from Havills. The first we sold because no dogs allowed policy. Thankfully Viola found us a spot for our new Cleveland model which is dog friendly. Both sales and service have been excellent. Chandler made sure our concerns for the first year were addressed. We are very pleased with our new home and the community.

Absolutely amazing! We lost our home to fire and were at the worst point in our lives, everything gone except our lot in Woodlawn Village. The people at Havill's were so kind, helping us figure out what we had to do and never any pressure to exceed our needs. We ended up with a new build mini home, the Tancook model and it is everything we needed/more than we could imagine we wanted. The finishing's were exactly what we picked out, the workmanship of highest quality and they even arranged a tour of the Kent plant in NB for us to see our home being built. We got to sign it as our forever home under the living room window before the siding went on. Our community came through for us by offers of help to get reestablished. Best move we ever made. One might say that it was a gamble buying a mini home sight unseen but it turned out to be one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made. We absolutely loved it at first sight and now, after 3 months of living in it, we can honestly say that we love it even more. From the first email inquiry that was sent to Havill’s Mini Home Sales to when we walked across that threshold into our new home, Viola, our sales consultant, was there every step of the way. She helped guide us to stay within our budget, all the while, not compromising on anything. Viola was an absolute delight to work with and her attention to detail was instrumental in getting the finished product exactly as we ordered. We are still so amazed at the incredible workmanship and quality of the finishes. It truly is our ‘dream home’ and we absolutely love it!On another note, we are very pleased to have our home located in The Ten Beaches Estates in Hubbards.
