Today we went to return one item we ordered online ie. On 8th Feb 2020 timed 4.25 pm. The sales associate on the bill counter was too rude and did not seem to be good with us.

I’m greeted kindly every time I walk in this locations doors. And the staff are so ready to help it’s almost overwhelming lol but I love it. And when they found they didn’t have what I was looking for, they got on the phone with every other location to find the onesie I wanted!

Small space but still options. Unfortunately I did not know they were outside entrance only (as I've not been before) so in the mall I would of thought the store closed because if I understand the site it says Sunridge Mall . Maybe update site stating outside entrance only. Would be very helpful . Staff was helpful , polite & friendly

My visit to this store was really nice. Donna at this store goes above and beyond. I had an issue of return and also wanted to apply my discount coupons on an order placed online. She listened to me , understood me and very competently went about fulfilling my request. Well-done Donna and well-done Childrens place in hiring and retaining her. Best wishes.

My today's experience (08th feb, 2020 around 4:25 pm) at children's place was worst because the sales associate at the billing counter was too rude to respond to our queries. I was there with my husband to return an item that I ordered online. She did the return but the way she responded was very rude. I hope this won't happen with other customers.

Very organized and clean. Staff is very friendly. The store manager went above and beyond and made sure we got exactly what we went there for. Highly recommend you go to this store for your children's clothing.

I returned a couple of items of of clothes greeted by two very pleasant young ladies who were quite friendly knowledgeable how to do the transaction despite the barcode of my receipt was apparently unreadable, the young lady that helped me was more than patient to enter the few items that I had to return manually.

Thank you for keeping the store tidy and in order. It was easy to find sizes and styles we were looking for. Other stores in the neighborhood were messy and terrible. Clothing tossed every where! So I appreciate when I can do back to school shopping without the stress of going through mounds of unfolded or unhung clothing. Again, THANK YOU!!

Phoned into the store about product availability and the woman answering the phone was VERY helpful and friendly. She saved me a trip elsewhere. I will add to my review after the store visit and my purchase. Her genuine kindness is the main reason I am going to Children's Place and this Sunridge location specifically. Awesome customer service thus far. Potentially good selection of merchandise.
