Stopped by to browse for a possible bathroom project and ended up buying a tub, wall surround and doors. Their displays were clean and you could enter the showers and tubs to try size for comfort. We were greated by Jason and he guided us through the process of what we needed. We never felt pushed to buy, he was very informative and thoroughly explained any questions we had. I like that it is a Canadian store with product coming from Quebec. The pricing was comparable, if not better that the big box stores, but the service was exceptional. Can't wait to share my project!

Stephen was very knowledgeable and detailed. We had something that got damaged during shipping and he took care of it within 24hrs and got us a replacement. I have dealt with a lot of sales managers within my own business and Stephen has well exceeded my expectations. Very professional and polite.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Jason, his manager and staff at Bath Depot Ancaster. I had the misfortune of breaking an expensive shower pan that I purchased there and Jason was so overwhelmed and sorry to hear the news that he offered a discount on the replacement. Now I have been a customer of theirs for a while because not only do they carry incredible products but the staff--especially Jason is an incredible human being and has his customers needs first and foremost in his mind and heart. As a local small contractor this means the world to me. I have referred a number of people there and will continue to do so. To date we've spent $52,000 at Bath Depot. My office called in today to return 3 vanities that we received that were damaged inside the box. We called and customer service said they're past the 3 days return policy and nothing can be returned after that period. They do not stand behind their product and the customer service is terrible. We will no longer be purchasing from Bath Depot moving forward.

I went there as a first time home owner doing a big renovation. I was greeted in a timely fashion and Nicole was kind and very helpful. Offered gentle suggestions and help me order what I needed. They also helped load up my huge order when it arrived and it was -26 outside. Actually freezing. My contractor went up there because he needed the specs on the showers and was also super impressed. The manager printed them all off for him and went over the product details. Really had a positive experience there and my contractor said he’s using bath depot for all his renovation purchases.

My husband and I visited today to check out some items for our upcoming renos. We searched throughout the store for some good time until we had a question ,we came across Jason Tam. Knowledgeable funny and the best customer service we have ever come across. He gave us the help we didn’t even know we needed. No doubt about it we will be coming back to see him ,as we picked out a couple items we are looking to purchase ,in which he printed off info for us ,which was beyond kind. Jason was super helpful! He took his time and explained all our options. We have a very small bathroom so our vanity options were limited but he helped us pick a great one. Good prices overall. Lots of beautiful options for bathroom!

Amazing place! Staff is so friendly and helpful. We went multiple times in the decision making phase and were never pressured. Ended up getting our shower stall from them and the process was so easy. Renos are tough to live thru, but this process was made easy by the service and guidance we received. Thanks for a great experience Jason!
