I just had one of the best meals of my life at Udupi Dosa. Everything we got was just delicious; the portions were very generous; the meal was very affordable, too. The waiter was kind and helpful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. We stopped in London after driving 8-ish hours from Chicago (on our way to Montreal). I would seriously consider getting a couple of friends and doing that drive again JUST to eat here. For real. It would be worth it.

My recent experience at Udupi Dosa Restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The food was unhygienic, and to make matters worse, even the water jug provided was dirty and not washed properly. The lack of cleanliness and disregard for basic hygiene standards are deeply concerning. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

The food and service here were outstanding!Our favorites were the Masala dosa and the Tomato upthapam. The roti was also delicious and made fresh just for us.

I would start by saying that the food isn’t the problem here, problem is the customer service that we received that day.We went and ordered 4 dosas.. asked them to make 2 paneer dosas spicy , and when the order came they said we only asked one of the paneer dosas to be spicy… so I said that’s not right and since I haven’t touched my dosa, asked them to remake the dosa for me. Things went downhill from there as they asked me to pay for the replacement. I refused and then after a lot of ifs, buts and discussions, they agreed to make the dosa for me but the guy who was serving us made us feel like he is doing us a huge favour by doing this replacement which is a common practice for any running restaurant.Then when my dosa came I realised that it is the same dosa that they served me before , they just opened it up and put green chillies on top of the paneer stuffing. And the quantity of green chillies was more than the actual paneer stuffing.The owner came and tried to de-escalate the situation but it was beyond repair at that time.Definitely don’t go if you are not looking to get your evening spoiled by their so called customer service etiquettes.

Vegetarian, South Indian restaurant in the heart of downtown London, Ontario. They have such a lavish menu and the food tastes delicious. I highly recommend you eat at the restaurant even though you can order in as well. Specially the dosa tastes way better when you eat in. It’s just not the same when you eat it at home. Vegan options available too.

Service was good but little time consuming.Everything was tasty specially dosas. It’s pure South Indian Banglore mumbai style restaurant don’t expect too much if you’re ordering any North Indian cuisines. We were served incomplete faluda and when asked for the explanation we were told that’s how we serve it. There was no sewaiya(noodles) in the faluda that we received as you can see in the picture but when we saw other reviews posted by other customers they did received those noodles in the faluda. The food was not tasty. The dosa was more without any salt or sour. The idli and vada also same. Worst dosa idli Wada in London city, Ontario. Chutney was just flour no coconut or salt. Waste of money.

We went to Udupi on the February 14th and were delivered with tasty food and great customer experience. We ordered idli manchurian, dahi puri, dosas, idli sambhar and everything was really nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend. There were good decorations and a selfie stand on that day, which I forgot to click the pictures of. It was fully packed but still the service was quick.

Good service and good food! We ordered samosa chat and masala dosha. Both were really good. Small store, but awesome service!!
