Great staff and were able to accommodate me the day that I showed up with no appointment. The work completed on my windshield was perfectly done to the point that I couldn't tell where the crack was. Easy to talk and great service. Highly recommend this location.

Eric, Paul and Erwin were terrific at the Leaside location! Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I went in this morning to repair a chip on my windshield. Little did I know that it was not a chip at all, but tree resin that was stuck (through countless rainstorms and snow in Ottawa). They could have tried to sell me on something, but they did not try to make a sale. I appreciated their honesty. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for work done by a team of honest professionals!

Rear view window was Broken/ needed replacement. Insurance recommended this location.Car was at the location for about 72 hours after a delay with the rear glass being ordered....As well after replacement there was still glass in my back seat and it was not vacuumed or cleaned. No shuttle service was offered.Service desk was very friendly, glass replacement looks good but time and clean up was not sufficient

I was shopping around for a trustworthy auto glass company when I came across Apple Auto Care. I spoke with Mike, he was confident, friendly, patient, and not pushy. He got back to me quickly, installed the glass faster than he quoted, and overall... I am very pleased to have chosen them as my auto glass provider.Highly recommend using this company

Fantastic and professional service by Michael.The night prior to my visit, on my way home on the highway at night, a rock from a moving vehicle made its way to my windshield. *BANG!*Discovered the chip fracture instantly.Reached out to my automobile insurance, who assured me that the fracture would most likely be covered under my plan- they directly made the reservation (same day!).I showed up, and was greeted in a friendly manner. Michael offered me a coffee (coffee maker was epic! Seriously. It was futuristic!).Michael brought me in on the journey of what was going to happen. He assessed the fracture on the spot and explained every detail. When I asked if I could watch, he smiled and said of course.After about 15-20 minutes, I was on my way home. Satisfied. Happy. And thrilled that I didn't need a new windshield!Thanks Michael!

Edit/Update: Worked with Corporate to get everything sorted out, and they made things right, so I'm very happy. Thank you very much Patrick at Belron! Still yet to do the Windshield replace, but I don't expect any issues. Will update with a 5-Star once work has been completed.Went in to have a very small stone chip repaired, and instead they gave the car back to me with a fully cracked my windshield, and told me I would need to go through Insurance to have it FULLY replaced. Suggested I give him a call to do the replacement work though ... also suggested I threaten to leave my insurance company if they didn't give me a discount on the Deductible.Essentially brought my car to this place to only have them break my windshield - went from a $100 fix to a roughly $1000 fix. Was not once warned that this could happen prior to the work taking place, and I've spoken with many other places since who will have you sign a waiver indicating cracking is a possibility ... nothing of the sort here. Can be assured I will not be going back here.

Excellent , Informative, & Friendly Service I highly recommend this place to replace glass window shields

This was the fourth auto glass shop I called since it wasn't the most convenient location for me. I could immediately tell that they were far more professional and helpful than the three other shops I called. I called at 9:20am and they were working on my car as soon as I got there 20 minutes later. Mike walked me through everything to ensure I understood the process, also informed me that my insurance company would cover it and waive the deductible since its in their best interest to prevent a full windshield replacement. I would go back for more service in a heartbeat.

I took my GLC300 there with a big scratch on the side passenger window. The gentlemen that helped me was great. Told me to go to Mercedes and get the window and they'd replace it for me. Saved me a lot of money and time. Work was perfessional and done fast. A place you can trust. Will definitely go back. Thanks again.

Great service, timely. I had a cracked windshield, they fit me in without notice. Parts were ordered etc in no time. They shuttled me back home which is great and very handy--since I was now car-less! Everyone was friendly, Randy was great. Nothing bad to say!
