Had a problem with the regulator on my camping bbq, these guys had me in and out the door in 2 minutes and my problem was completely solved. Great service, kind staff. Would recommend!

I did quite a bit of research before venturing into stores and when I got to White's, they were just fantastic to deal with. They were highly knowledgeable, passionate about their products, and very helpful, wanting to make sure I got the right thing that would suit me. And they had great prices to boot. It made the final decision easy.Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

We recently had Paul come hook up our bbq. He was able to come hook up the bbq on short notice, and he was super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Whites bbq to anyone!

Very knowledgeable! Paul was so kind to help us troubleshoot our gas fireplace on Xmas eve. Of course things happen at the worst possible times so we were so appreciative. Thank you again Paul! These guys know their stuff! Our fireplace is a more rare model as well so information was difficult to find. Thank you!

We purchased a Napoleon bbq the day before a sale for Fathers day was announced. We contacted them three times and have never heard back on a few questions and in particular on them recognizing and honouring the sale. The delivery went well however was not as described.
