I have been working in real estate for about 13 years. Of those 13 years 10 almost 10 have been with REMAX Camosun. When all is said and done, this company any particular RE/MAX in general, is one of the most effective and efficiently run companies that I know of in real estate. That’s not to say that there are more effective and efficient companies. I’ll share an experience that I had at one time when I was working with a client. After I had met this client and we had some lengthy conversations about real estate and in particular RE/MAX I asked this client of mine why she chose RE/MAX to represent her and in particular why me? I thought it was one of the greatest answers I’ve ever received. On the hall she said RE/MAX real estate agents are very very professional and they take their job seriously. They’re just much more serious about their professional qualities and effectiveness. And then I asked her what about myself? She said that she chose me because I was on the ball. Whenever she called whatever she needed she got immediately. And I can say this for a lot of real estate agents at RE/MAX we all have that same professional commitment. We recently bought our first house with the help of Josh Kube. Saying he went above and beyond doesn’t even capture how much he helped us. We spent months looking and because we are moving from the mainland, we didn’t know much about the neighborhoods. He walked us through every neighbourhood and the pros and cons of each area.
