I had to wear a Holter (heart) monitor with 5 electrodes strapped to me for 72 hours and got it put on here. The technician seemed confused while setting it up, kept looking at instructions. A few days after I brought the little machine back they called me and said it malfunctioned" and I have to do the whole thing again. I'm pretty sure the tech didn't press the right buttons. Waste of 3 days

Went here for our blood test and urine test, the bathroom stall is really smelly and dirty, with the floor wet (with hopefully just water). I would skip this location and pick the one elsewhere. Wait time is short though and staff is decent.

My appointment was for 12:00pm, I was out by 12:07pm. Front desk staff were organized and the nurse was friendly and good at her job. I had my bloodwork done and it was completed without any problems. This location is near a busy intersection so it can get busy with walk-ins. Book an appointment first if you're in a rush.

Had a great experience! There was a bit of confusion about the appointment it was scheduled by my family doctor. But the ladies at the front desk helped me and fit me in. I was seen promptly and had a wonderful overall experience. Would recommend to family and friends!

Wonderful experience. My doctor had emailed me a requisition form, which I was able to print out at the library next door as I don't have a printer. The nurse was extremely kind and friendly, and the blood test was the most painless test I've ever had. Kind and friendly staff. Would highly recommend, especially to someone with a needle-phobia.

Left work early to get blood work done and the man was so rude and said he couldn’t take me (the place was EMPTY) don’t waist your time going here they don’t like to work!

THE WORST!!I went to this location to get my monthly blood work done, as the location I usually go was all full. Right when I walked in, this place was beyond disorganized.When it was my turn, the nurse came in. She picked a vein not in the typical place they use (the inner part of the forearm). she picked a vein below that area, which I found odd. She didnt even sit down while administering the needle, she was standing and leaning over me. Right when she put the needle in my arm, she immediately told me that I was going to bruise like crazy and that she ruptured a vein". All of a sudden my hearing basically disappears

Thank you to all the different staff that I interacted with. You were very welcoming and comforting. I came in as a walk-in and the wait time was inline with what your website showed for this location. You all were very nice to me and everyone else that came in!There's limited free parking across the street, pay street parking closer to the Dufferin and St. Claire intersection. You may be able to park down one of the side streets, but I don't know for sure.

I had an appointment at 9:50 am. I checked in a few minutes before, and was called at roughly 9:50. They did a painless blood draw and an EKG and I was done at 9:59! I was pleasantly surprised with the speed, and the staff were polite and professional. Highly recommend.
