Fantastic! We couldn’t recommend Burton and Direct Cremation Services more highly. He was very accessible, compassionate, capable and appropriate. He made the whole process of losing our mother as smooth as it could be. We had issues with the newspaper publishing the obituary correctly and he went to bat (successfully) advocating for us to get it fixed quickly.He struck a perfect balance between being solemn when he needed to be, and having a light heart when it was appropriate as well. Im sure he hears this a lot - “hope I don’t have to see you again” but only because it’s never fun to lose a loved one. Next time we do lose a loved one in the Kingston area you can bet we’ll call him again. Highly Recommend! Thanks so much

My dad passed away and I called Burton and he was just wonderful. He was super friendly, polite and caring and made the whole process go so well. He took care of everything for me even all the paper work that needs to be filled out. I would highly recommend him as during this sad time he really explains everything and never tried to up sell me on anything at all. Burton was wonderful to deal with my mother passed and when I called direct cremation. Burton walked me though everything that needed to be done was the most polite person I've ever dealt with.
