Walmart Supercentre

One of the Calgary Walmart Supercenters that I frequent the most is this one. It is also among the most recent ones in the area.This Walmart Supercentre is spacious and has a functional layout. I don't feel confined like I do in certain older spaces. I have no trouble conducting my shopping there because the product area is also extremely logically organised.I usually go outside of peak hours because it can get busy at times. I advise you to take that into account as well.

The short haired blonde girl doing returns at customer service clearly hates her job and has an extremely rude, unprofessional attitude. She told us to leave our return and contact info & they would get back to us at THEIR convenience." Who talks like that to customers? Thankfully the manager came by and she was nice enough to help us. But overall not a great experience and that girl should definitely not have a job in customer service."

Always clean and well organized compared to other locations in Calgary. Great costumer service! Keep it up!

This walmart is mess.Long lines. Self checkouts are always full.Only 2 or 3 persons working checkout.Whoever is manager clearly doesnot know how to do things.

This place closes at 10pm on Sunday and has their hours on Google listed as closing at 11pm...I believe Google confirms this directly with the business before posting so they should have contacted Google to change the hours online ahead of changing hours. There were so many people pulling in they had to have someone stand outside to tell everyone walking in that they were closed. Seems like poor planning.

Shopping at this Walmart is akin to having to live with a habitual drunk. You put up with them out of necessity but in spite of the good attributes they may have, as the days go by, you end up despising the very fabric of their being so that it nearly consumes you and fills you with hatred of them. I’m referring to their compulsion to mercilessly NAG their customers to apply for their credit card. Don’t do it, and don’t put up with their bad behaviour! Instead, shop somewhere else where they don’t compel their staff to do something that puts them in the line of fire when they ask someone for the 500th time whether they want a Walmart card. Avoid this Walmart.

Best Walmart in the city. Been to em all. This place seems to have a special touch. Vision center is great. Customer service counter staff are awesome. Grocery prep clerks are also doing a fine job. Electronics too.

Needed the family washroom to feed my 4 month old, privately. Waited right outside the door for over 10 minutes as it was locked - the lady cleaning the washrooms came out with her cleaning supplies (didn't mind the wait for that), but another male employee walked right in. He came out to grab paper towels from the cleaning cart and then went straight back into the washroom. He made eye contact with me but went in to USE THE TOILET!! My baby was getting very upset and would have easily been heard by the employee using the washroom. We waited almost another 10 minutes for him to finally come out!! Once we hit the 5 minute mark of waiting I went and found a manager to speak with. Once the employee finally came out, the manager asked why he went to use that washroom; but the employee tried to say I wasn't waiting to use it! They went into the back room, but I couldn't wait any longer to speak with them about this, I needed to feed my baby, so I went in to use the facility. No one was around when I came back out to speak with. Not even an apology.Family restrooms should not be used by the employees!!

2022 June 3★Nothing special here. Though the Walmart was clean and organized. Always a good stop for many items.Lots of parking.
