Very poor strata coordination and transfer to owners. Good luck getting anything after you buy from these guys. Just trying to get a strata transferred has taken several years.

We purchased a condo from them preconstruction. They installed the incorrect finishes. It was very difficult getting them to replace the wrong finishes with the correct ones. They were impossible to deal with in fixing warranty issues. We had to get Travellers Warranty Insurance Inspectors to come and mandate them to fix issues such as water ingress in the parkade. They left construction materials on site after owners had occupancy and did not remove said items. Also thefts on the property were linked back to construction workers that they had hired.
